DDFC 3 - 0 Arsenal Community FC

Daryl Moore

DDFC u10's coaches and players were happy to get back to winning ways, and it was a great victory too with Daryl's Dragons getting three goals. The first goal was a brilliant dipping and curling free kick from DDFC's main striker Ethan, who has already got many goals this season. The goal was a very important one too because it was just before the half time whistle blew so it got DDFC in high spirits for the half time talk, which is always needed. The second goal of the match came from Alfie, the u10's corner specialist who delivered a fabulous cross into the box which troubled the Arsenal Community defense so much that the keeper parried it into his own net. It was a bit lucky, but we'll take the goal. The third goal was a free kick, which sealed the game and added some gloss to the scoreline.
Even though DDFC were the deserved winners in the game, Arsenal community played well and were the more dominant side in the first half, but DDFC improved in the second half of the game, and that's when the goals started flying in.
DDFC were much better in the game at tackling, playing out of the back and hitting those killer passes in midfield, so an all round good performance from the Daryl's Dragons u10's who sealed four victories from various different age groups on Saturday.
On to the next game.
